Not necessarily. Industry-wide most virtual events save 20% under previous in-person event budgets. The design, tech integrations, pre-recordings, attendee communications planning, event marketing, speaker coaching, and run-throughs require far more than what your standard event AV company would have provided. The good news is that for 20% less than your in-person event we are able to reach far more attendees because we are longer restricted by venue capacity or travel budgets.

Yes. We’d love to! And in order for us to help you run the tech on day of, we need to understand the program, transitions, and prep all the presenters on what those transitions and tech will look and feel like so that there are no surprises.

How does this happen? With planning, training, and multiple run-throughs which as professionals we always include. You’ll always have the reassurance of feeling prepared and are not just relying on the hope that a last-minute IT person can work on the fly to pull off the transitions and support you’ll need.
