To be used for any client needs pre and post-event. Does not include any Day-Of event services. Clients may use this for event planning check in’s to make sure they are on track and get guidance when needed, or for event planning assistance, or consulting, edit, or review, of any planning documents, processes, attendee & sponsor communications, safety mitigation planning, event marketing, posts event survey creation, and more.
EVENT SUPPORT PACKAGE

We have an event committee, are you able to run or attend our committee meetings as part of the event services you provide?
We would be happy to. We understand that many events have event committees and that having us there to represent the event with project updates can save you time. Also in some cases of transition, it can be really helpful to have someone step in and lead them to keep things on track. This is a role we will gladly fill. We only ask that we have one main point of contact that all final decisions will be run through to ensure event success.
