We have an event committee, are you able to run or attend our committee meetings as part of the event services you provide?

We would be happy to. We understand that many events have event committees and that having us there to represent the event with project updates can save you time. Also in some cases of transition, it can be really helpful to have someone step in and lead them to keep things on track. This is a role we will gladly fill. We only ask that we have one main point of contact that all final decisions will be run through to ensure event success.

We are just looking for Onsite Registration Support. Is that something you can help with?

Yes we can! The great news is that we are proficient in many event registration software types. We would need to connect prior to the event to ensure we have everything for a good handoff and we can provide as many onsite workers as we needed to best accommodate the anticipated attendance count. We would simply ask that we have an escalation path to someone who has been managing registration up to that point for any one-off situations to ensure they are handled in the way you would like them to be managed.

We have the staff and volunteers to be able to plan and produce this event but for the sake of my boss's/boards peace of mind and our insurance company, are you able to create an event safety plan for us?

Yes! We don’t need to be involved in the planning to be able to help you to best ensure it is safe and that you have planned for some of the potential risks that a live event can entail. We have created event safety plans for groups ranging from 60 attendees to 17,000. This is a good opportunity to do some checks and balances for your event as we can go through scenarios together that you should be prepared for and provide industry best practices to a safety plan any insurance company or fire marshal would be confident in.
